Thank you for shopping with Belen. We hope you love your ballroom dance shoes, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds

14-Day Refund Period

You may request a return for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, all returned shoes must be:

  • Unworn

  • In perfect, resale-ready condition

  • In original packaging, including box, inserts, accessories, and carry bags

  • Free of marks, wear, odors, stains, or damage

Items with visible signs of wear may not be approved.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email infor@debelen.store with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (optional but helpful)

  2. We will respond with your return authorization and instructions.

  3. After we receive and inspect your shoes, we will email you regarding approval.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after inspection.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Belen is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To change sizes or styles, please request a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn shoes

  • Shoes showing dirt or damage

  • Final sale items (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at [your email] within 72 hours of delivery so we can fix it quickly.

Policy Rights

Belen reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements.
